Howard Sulkin was the founding dean of DePaul’s School for New Learning, now called the School of Continuing and Professional Studies, which introduced an innovative, non-traditional approach to adult education that offers credit for prior experiences and flexible, personalized learning structures. He later was instrumental in DePaul acquiring the Goodman School, eventually renamed The Theatre School.
