FOUNDER, DRIEHAUS CAPITAL MANAGEMENT
Richard Driehaus was a DePaul alumnus and generous donor dedicated to supporting the university's Vincentian mission. He endowed the Driehaus Center for International Business and the Driehaus Center for Behavioral Finance, funded scholarships for MBA students, and much more. To recognize his singular impact, the university changed the name of the College of Commerce to the Richard H. Driehaus College of Business. In addition to his efforts with DePaul, he was recognized as one of the most influential investment managers of his time, and also was a major force in the cultural and civic life of Chicago.
