Chicago-native and 1966 College of Law graduate, Samuel K. Skinner has had a long and distinguished career in government, law and business. Skinner was U.S. Secretary of Transportation and White House Chief of Staff under President George H. W. Bush. He later served in a number of senior executive roles that included president of Commonwealth Edison and co-chairman of law firm Hopkins and Sutter, among others.
