COURTNEY JAMES
DIRECTOR STUDENT INVOLVEMENT, DIVISIONAL COUNCIL
Courtney James, a Chicago suburb native, is the embodiment of the Vincentian mission with her passion for inspiring student involvement on an urban campus. Creating and implementing events that build a sense of community and tradition among students is at the forefront of her work. In her role, she oversees several of the core functions for campus activities, student organizations and the university’s BIG EAST Esports program. However, James doesn't simply oversee student involvement activities, she helps create them. In seven years, James helped start several popular annual events including of the Midnight Breakfast, the Ugly Sweater Party, the Tree Lighting Ceremony, the Gnome Hunt and the Blue Demon Week Pasta Dinner.
